We respect intellectual property and act on valid notices about listings, comments, images or links on OumuaTown.

Report infringement

Send a notice to TODO(IMYin: takedown contact; if a DMCA designated agent is registered with the US Copyright Office, its details go here. Registration has a fee, 未核实, and is IMYin's decision). Include:

1. Your name and contact details, and who you act for.
2. The work you believe is infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) on the Site.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

• We aim to acknowledge a complete notice within 3 business days. If something is missing, we ask you to complete it.
• If the notice is valid, we aim to hide the content or suspend the shop within 2 business days after acknowledging it, and tell the Seller or poster inside the Site.
• "Business days" are counted in TODO(IMYin: time zone / calendar for business days; reviewers work in Beijing time, UTC+8).
• Shops that are suspended show no outbound link while suspended.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with: your contact details, the removed content and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction TODO(IMYin), and your signature. We forward the counter-notice to the claimant and may restore the content 10 to 14 business days after we receive it, unless the claimant tells us within that time that they have filed a legal action.

Other reports

To report malware, a misleading listing or abuse, use the "Report" button on the shop or comment, or the contact above. Malware reports are handled first, within 24 hours; the shop may be hidden right away if our check confirms malicious code.

Repeat infringers

A Seller with 3 valid notices within 12 months may have their shops and account removed permanently.
